Welcome to my doula services, proudly serving the Twin Cities. My mission is to ensure that every mother experiences a pregnancy journey filled with joy, confidence, and support. I strive to bridge the gaps often found in traditional birth care, by providing a holistic and physiological approach tailored to your unique needs.

With training from DONA International (working toward full certification) and completed certifications in the Body Ready Method®, Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki I & II, DBB®/ Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Perinatal Nutrition. I bring a wealth of skills to nurture both your body and spirit. Whether you're seeking physical preparation, emotional encouragement, or energy alignment, I’m here to stand beside you every step of the way.

Prenatal Service:

Just looking for birth prep but don’t want support at the hospital, then this could be an option for you. I can work with you to prepare your body for birth and help birthing positions become more intuitive. Ideally, I will work with you and your partner to be birth ready.

Price: $50 a session. each session is 1 hour

Just Birth: You did not think ahead to schedule a doula. Now you are due and uncertain. I can be hired last minute if I have availability. Don’t hesitate to reach out on your drive to the hospital. On call Doula service Price: $700

Postpartum Package Includes:

  • Initial consultation

  • Three postpartum visits tailored to your recovery and adjustment (4hr each)

  • Assistance with newborn care, feeding, and maternal self-care

  • Emotional support and tools to ease your transition into motherhood

  • Postpartum nutrition support

  • assistance with laundry/Dishes

Package Price: postpartum day service package $540

Full Support Package (Prenatal, Birth, and Postpartum) Includes:

  • Initial consultation

  • Three Prenatal visits with additional focus on nutrition, alignment, and anxiety reduction

  • Body Ready Method® Work

  • virtual check in’s monthly

  • On-call support starting at 37 weeks until delivery

  • Immediate postpartum support (remain w/ you for 1-2 hours after birth)

  • Two postpartum visits for recovery and newborn care guidance

Package Price: $1520

Customizable Care

If a package doesn’t align with your needs or budget, I’ll work with you to create a customized plan; that ensures you receive the support you deserve at a price that is affordable.

Sibling Doula Service

Maybe this is not your first child. What will you do with your other child(ren) if you do not have family and friends available to help.

This is why I decided to offer additional service of sibling doula where i can assist in watching other kids of the family while mom and dad are delivering the newest addition to the family.

This service ranges from $500-1000 depending on how much care is provided.

  • Consultation/ prenatal visit

  • on call service

  • explanation of birth in child terms

  • feeding of the child(ren)

  • caring for the child(ren) for up to 1 hour after birth

Additional services that can increase cost up to $1000:

  • getting to know the child prior to labor (additional prenatal visits)

  • planning and preparing meals for children

  • Remain caring for child(ren) 3-5 hours after the birth
